- Negotiate on my clients' behalf with their best interests in mind. My job is to handle each transaction as if I were the buyer or seller involved
- Selling? I will establish a marketing plan that will effectively and efficiently promote your property, so that we generate a massive amount of exposure to other brokers and buyers. This in turn will produce the showings we need to sell your home for top dollar in the shortest amount of time, with the least inconvenience to you.
- Buying? I will take advantage of all the technology available to be certain that you are made aware of new listings in an efficient manner so that you don't miss your dream home in the Denver area.
- I'll keep you informed throughout the process. I'll keep you informed weekly or as often as needed, so that you know what it going on throughout the sale or purchase of your home.
- Once a property is under contract, there are a lot of things that need to be managed, and there are a lot of things that can go wrong or cause problems. I'll do my best to eliminate potential problems and even help the other party along in the transaction, if that's what it takes to put together a deal that's good for my client. I'll follow the whole process through to a successful closing for you!
